- 800 g natural yoghurt
- 200 g blue grapes
- 2 kiwis
- 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons honey (to taste)
- Wash the grapes, cut in half and corer at your discretion.
- Peel kiwis, quarter lengthwise and cut into pieces.
- Peel the oranges thoroughly, take out the segments and cut them in half. Collect the juice and stir until smooth with yogurt and honey.
- Mix mixed fruits and yoghurt alternately into four glasses and serve.
