Buttermilk cress shake with radishes

Ingredients

  • 100 g radishes
  • 1 box of cress about 10 g
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions

  1. Clean radishes, wash and chop very finely. Cut the cress from the bed with scissors.
  2. Season the buttermilk with lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir in the cress and radish.
  3. To serve, put in glasses, grind over some pepper and serve immediately.
