Buttermilk cress shake with radishes

- 100 g radishes
- 1 box of cress about 10 g
- 500 ml buttermilk
- Lemon juice
- Pepper from the grinder
- Clean radishes, wash and chop very finely. Cut the cress from the bed with scissors.
- Season the buttermilk with lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir in the cress and radish.
- To serve, put in glasses, grind over some pepper and serve immediately.
