- 800 g fruits (mixed, your choice)
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 5 tablespoons chopped pistachios
- 4 lemon slices
- Wash and brush the fruits and berries, depending on the variety, or peel and cut or fillet.
- Mix lemon juice with honey and pistachios. Prepare 4 small bowls and spread the prepared fruit on top. Drizzle with the sauce and serve immediately.
