Pasta with lamb fillet and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of herbs
  • 1 smaller fennel bulb
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 200 g tagliatelle
  • 200 g lamb fillet
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Clean, peel and chop the herbs. Clean fennel, quarter, remove the stalk and cut into strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Sauté the vegetables in 1 tablespoon of oil, add 1/2 cup of water, season with salt and pepper and cook covered for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook tagliatelle in plenty of boiling salted water. Wash the lamb fillet, dab, season with salt and pepper and fry in the remaining oil for about 5 minutes. Remove and slice at an angle. Arrange pasta with lamb fillet and vegetables and serve with parsley.
