Ingredients

  • 500 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 400 ml carrot juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 200 ml buttermilk well chilled

Instructions

  1. Mix the orange juice, carrot juice, honey and cinnamon well.
  2. Distribute the juice into four glasses and pour in the buttermilk.
